Terms & Conditions for use of this Privilege Card
 
  1. A membership fee of Rp. 100.000,- is waived.
  2. Gading Food VIP Member Card valid for life time
  3. Members are required to present Gading Food VIP Member Card without demand (upon placement of order) to the outlets to enjoy the benefits of this Card.
  4. All privileges offered upon the presentation of this Card cannot be used in conjunction with on-going discounts, special priced menus; use of complimentary dining vouchers and gift vouchers.
  5. Processing of the membership card takes approximately 1 month from the date of application. Member will be given temporary card with 2 months validity after application date.
  6. Incomplete data on the application form may delay the processing time for VIP Member Card.
  7. Members need to collect in person or to authorize an individual to collect VIP Member Card on his or her behalf.
  8. Gading Food VIP Member Card VIP Member Card is non transferable or assignable.
  9. Gading Food VIP Member Card VIP Member Card is applicable to Indonesia outlets only.
  10. Gading Food Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of this Member Card.
  11. The Management may at its sole discretion, to reject the Card if there are suspected frauds or misuse of the Card.
  12. The Management reserves the right to amend the privileges, terms and conditions of the Fishy Rewards at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.

5.       Enjoy 30% disc off total bill (food & beverage) on member’s birthday date and for the whole week after. Also get 1 time free Fish & Chips, a pitcher of Coca-Cola beverage, photo frame, on the spot photo, dessert, candle and exclusive birthday rap from fisherians on member’s birthday date!
6.       Add 5% disc for food if combined with any on-going bank promotion less than 25%.
